Le Jardin du Centaure (herbalism and botanical discoveries) à 500m from the gîte grows and harvests organically-farmed aromatic and medicinal plants. In a hectare of unspoilt gardens and surrounding moorland, the plants are harvested and sorted by hand to create herbal teas, aromatics, herbal salts and sugars, vinegars, mustards and other natural preparations.
